Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire cabin and its amenities, including the hot tub and game area. Check-in is simple and contactless; you will receive the cabin's address and a unique keyless door code prior to your arrival for easy self-check-in. It's the perfect cozy place to enjoy a movie on the big-screen TV, settle in with your favorite book, or simply enjoy good conversation. The main floor also features a dining area. **Kitchen:** A fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the expansive wrap-around porch, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. **Outdoor Space:** The wrap-around porch features several seating areas to enjoy the serene, wooded surroundings, including swings, benches, and classic rocking chairs. After a day of exploring, unwind in the private hot tub. **Entertainment:** * High-speed internet * Indoor Multicade and board games * Outdoor cornhole game **Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps up to 7):** * **Main Floor Master Suite:** A spacious retreat with a King-size bed, TV, walk-in shower, and a luxurious jacuzzi tub. * **Living Room:** One queen sofa sleeper and one twin sofa sleeper. * **Loft:** A bunk bed with full-size mattresses, a full bathroom, and a TV.

Please read the entire listing before booking Thank you for looking! * All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed) * 7 guests max * 2 vehicle max * **Wildlife:** The cabin is in a natural, wooded setting. You may encounter bears, snakes, mosquitoes, and other insects. Please be mindful and do not leave food outdoors. * **Seasonal Fireplace:** The indoor fireplace is non-operational for the season from April 1st through September 30th. * **Starter Supplies:** We provide a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for their stay. * **Not Provided:** Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip-lock bags, and coffee are not provided. * **No Pets:** If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 and you will be asked to leave * **Hot tub:** For guests 25 and over only. No alcohol in or around the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! Showering after use is recommended * **Fires:** Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages. * **Check-in/Out:** No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted. A $50 fee will be charged for unauthorized early arrivals or late departures. * **Refunds & Travel Insurance:** We do not offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our control. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip.
